Professional Tips for Bright Eyes
- Be gentle – When removing eye make-up work with gentle pressure and avoid dragging the eyes with dry cotton, wipes or rough flannels.
- Less is more – The eye skin is very thin meaning it can’t absorb much product. Applying too much eye cream can cause puffiness and irritation. Use the size of a grain of rice shared between both eyes. Apply with your wedding ring fingers and gently pat the cream along the socket bone. Avoid applying into the lash line.
- Defend from UV rays – The eyes are one of the first to age so defending them from damaging environmental factors like the sun is crucial. Look for physical SPF formulas that will be better tolerated by the delicate eye area and wear big sunglasses for extra defense.
