Passionate about creating a great restaurant, dining experience in Saltash, Cornwall, near Plymouth, Devon, the China Fleet chefs work hard to create exciting menus, filled with interesting & unique dishes.
Our 'buy local' policy from Cornish suppliers supports our passion for great-quality produce and is at the heart of all we do. With two dining experiences available, both with 5* food hygiene ratings, our Brasserie & Upper Deck Bistro offer delicious menus to suit all tastes. Breakfast, dinner and our sumptuous carvery are served in the Upper Deck Bistro and a more informal dining experience can be enjoyed in the Brasserie.

Brasserie

A comfortable and casual setting, for members and visitors. Offering a menu which includes a variety of dishes with ingredients sourced from the best local produce, freshly prepared by our highly qualified chefs.

Upper Deck Bistro

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast with us, or spend the afternoon with family and friends over one of our choices of afternoon tea. For something a little more formal enjoy a two or three course evening meal, expertly prepared by our highly qualified chefs, using locally sourced ingredients.

Lounge Bar

For over 18’s with a stunning view across our beautiful 18 hole golf course. Serving the Brasserie menu as well as St Austell Brewery ales and a full range of hot drinks. It is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends, enjoying some BT sports or Sky Sport on the big screen or a game of pool
