We all want to be fitter, stronger, happier and healthier – but sometimes our motivation is lacking. Even the best of us get demotivated at times.
Did you know that group exercise classes are one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, build a better body and sustain a healthy lifestyle? Over the years, scientists have found that sharing your exercise experiences with others can positively influence your training. It can also make your healthy habits last longterm too. Plus, they’re just good fun!
Whether it is a high intensity workout or strength training pilates, group exercise classes can do amazing things for both your body and your mind. 30 minutes+ with like-minded individuals, some of the best music to get you moving and instructors to encourage you all the way, and you can achieve your fitness goals.
Here at China Fleet we have over 75 group exercise classes every week. Our Les Mills classes are amongst the most popular with our Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat and Core (previously CX WorX) proving really successful. All our Les Mills instructors are highly-trained and will ensure you get the most out of the classes. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, our instructors have moves for every ability and every body.
I have to admit, I love ALL the classes here, and I’m quite spoiled having it all here on site. I can easily sneak in a pre or post-work group class to get my endorphins going and have a giggle.
For those who don’t know, Les Mills is one of the world’s best-known fitness programs. They pride themselves in offering classes mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and energy to help you fall in love with fitness.
It’s important to love it, otherwise, you just won’t stick with it. Les Mills wants to create a fitter planet, this doesn’t mean making people work out, it means helping people fall in love with fitness so that they want to work out.
All the classes are choreographed so you can learn the moves and perfect them. And, so you don’t get bored, the class content and music changes around every 3 months – the next release is this Saturday, 11th September, so there’s a real buzz around the Club as we wait for the new music and moves. I can’t wait!
Working out alone at home can sometimes feel like a real drag and very hard to find the constant motivation. But a group exercise class is always fun and uplifting. You’re listening to great music in a group of people while releasing feel-good endorphins – think of it like a mini party – but instead of consuming calories, you’re burning them instead!
So, what are you waiting for? Book a class and get fitter together.
See you next week and see you at a class the soon,
