Exercising muscles around the core, providing vital ingredients for a stronger body
All the moves have options, so are challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. 
Working with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises including crunches, & hovers.

60 minutes 
An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, you’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

A high-energy, martial
arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness with no experience needed.
Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout.

Keiser Cycle

45 minutes
Research shows that indoor cycles with X bars help burn more calories than traditional group exercise bikes, with the added benefit of combining ‘spinning’ to this high energy group fitness class.
 
 

Aqua Aerobics

45 minutes
A workout that offers tremendous results for everyone. 
Essentially the same as an aerobics class, the water makes it much easier on your joints and muscles whilst strengthening the body and improving co-ordination.

Yoga

60 minutes
A smooth transition between poses which is
synchronized to a breath. Designed to improve
flexibility and muscular strength resulting in the
perfect posture.
 

Legs, Bums & Tums

60 minutes
A 5-10 minute warm up, followed by a high-energy aerobic phase, moving into a lower body toning session, ending with a 10-15 minute abdominal workout.

Zumba

45 minutes
A fun loving dance work out with movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American music.

 

Cardio, Conditioning & Chill

55 minutes
Interval mix of cardio and toning, with floor based ab session to finish, providing a fun and challenging total body workout.
 
 
 
 

Flexibility Class

30 minutes
For the more mature member who would like increased flexibility and toning. 
No floor work, all seated and standing exercises.
 

Tai Chi

90 minutes 
A Chinese martial art form of stylised, meditative exercise, characterised by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance.
 

Pilates

60 minutes 
Focusing on your body’s core strength, improving your posture, through a series of low repetition and low impact stretching exercises.

Yoga Stretch

60 minutes
A yoga style class to challenge, invigorate and strengthen, using a combination of moves that will improve flexibility, instil calm and enhance well being.

Non-Impact Aerobics  & Conditioning

45 minutes

Starting with a mobility warm up, followed by a non-impact aerobics section and conditioning exercises using bands & weights, finished with some gentle flexibility movements

Fit4Life Activity Morning

120 minutes
A multi-sport session incorporating badminton, table tennis, short mat bowls, Wii Fit and more. 
Ideally suited to over 60’s, or those new to exercise.
