Role Overview

We are looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position, working on a rota basis including alternate weekends. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced spa professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Alongside providing a high standard of treatments, you will play an important role in supporting the team and contributing to the ongoing development of the department. Responsibilities

  • Delivering a range of spa treatments to the highest standard
  • Supporting and guiding the development and training of the spa team
  • Acting as a point of support for the team during shifts, helping to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • Supporting the maintenance of high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and operational procedures within the spa
  • Assisting with guest enquiries and supporting the resolution of any issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Contributing to the creation and enhancement of our treatment menu
  • Assisting with offers and promotions to drive business and guest engagement
  • Working closely with management and taking a proactive role in supporting the direction and success of the spa

Qualifications

  • A recognised Level 3 Spa Therapy qualification is essential
  • Previous experience in a spa environment, ideally at senior therapist or supervisory level
  • Demonstrable experience supporting, guiding or mentoring team members
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest care and service standards
  • The ability to take initiative, lead by example, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa
