Barre (Virtual only)
A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.
Grit Strength (Virtual only)
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, and cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Grit Cardio (Virtual only)
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
Grit Athletic (Virtual only)
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.
An instructor-led class, using Stages SC3 Bikes, with a display system on each bike, that allows riders to work to their optimal training level individually while in a group environment.
All fitness abilities are able to be in the same class and get the same workout, while simultaneously setting personal goals and tracking their performances.
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your virtual instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
A workout that offers tremendous results for everyone. It is essentially the same as a regular aerobics class. The water makes it much easier on your joints and muscles whilst strengthening the body and improving co-ordination.
An energetic interval workout with different stations, techniques and styles each week for an intense and varied workout.
Designed for the more mature member with a competitive edge, all abilities are welcome to take part in a ‘Match’ format where the ‘Winner Takes All’ and the match is played out to the end. Includes tennis, badminton and table tennis.
Classes may not run if suitable participation numbers are not reached.
Members must not:
- enter an exercise class after the class has started
- consume food in indoor sports areas
- take over a court or sports area prior to allocated time
- enter a sports area whilst in use by other members
- all unwanted bookings must be cancelled, failure to cancel or attend repeatedly will result in all booking privileges being removed and facility prices will apply
- members may only book for themselves or those included in their membership
- members are only permitted to book a maximum of 2 sessions per court, single court only
