Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Here you will find all you need to know, but if there is anything else we can help you with please speak to the front of house team or dial 0 from your apartment.

Emergencies
In the event of a fire, you will hear a fire alarm in your apartment, please exit calmly and wait in the courtyard. Further instructions can be found in your apartment.

Dial 0 should you require assistance.

Courtesy To Other Guests/Noise
We want you to have an enjoyable stay along with all our other guests and with this in mind, may we respectfully ask that you keep noise to
a minimum in your apartment and surrounding areas. If you are being affected by noise, please dial 0 and a member of our team will investigate.
Those that do not respect the comfort of other residents will be asked to leave.

Laundry
Let us freshen things up for you, we will wash, dry and iron your laundry if required using an external company. Please place your garments in
the laundry bag provided in your wardrobe, use the instruction card to tell us your preferences and then contact the front of house team before
10.00am on the day you require your laundry to be collected from your apartment (small charge applies). Laundry prices can be found in your wardrobe.

24 Hour Reception
During the hours of 9.00pm and 6.30am a Night Manager is available. Please contact the Night Manager by using the telephone receiver at the main entrance of the Club or by dialling 0 from your apartment.

Check Out
We will be sorry to see you go, but please check out by 11.00am. If you require a late check out time this is available up to 2.00pm at an additional
charge of £20.00 (subject to availability), please see the front of house team who will be happy to arrange this for you.

If you have pre-authorised on check-in please keep your residents card with you at all times. You will be required to show this card when charging
items to your room.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express.

The front of house team will be happy to post your pre-paid mail for you.

Add breakfast to your stay, book up to 8pm the night before with the front of house team to receive a discounted rate. Served 7am – 10am

Forgot your toothbrush? Please speak to the front of house team about the essentials available for you to purchase.

Safes are available in the storage cupboards of all rooms. Instructions are provided beside the safes and there is no charge for this service.

We are pleased to offer you a free wifi service.

Linen for the sofa bed can be found in the cupboard, although these beds are designed for use by children, extra linen is available on request from the front of house team to provide additional comfort if required.

If additional tea & coffee is required please see the front of house team. You receive complimentary fresh milk on arrival.

Please see the room service menu for more details. Available from 7.00am – 9.30pm. Late night bites available from 9.30pm – 7.00am.

All radiators, with the exception of the heated towel rail (locally controlled), are controlled centrally but can be individually increased or decreased by 3
degrees in your room. Please dial 0 for further assistance if required.

If you do not wish to be disturbed we recommend you use your do not disturb sign on the door. Please note, rooms will not be serviced if ‘Do not disturb’ signs are displayed after 12.00pm.

If there is a fault with your room please dial 0 and report it to one of the front of house team, ensuring we take prompt action to rectify the problem. If the
issue is less urgent please complete the fix it card in the lounge.

With the exception of the Acer and Acorn Cottages, residents must park in the main Club car park. A drop off area is available and vehicles are left at your own risk.

For the comfort of all of our guests our apartments and apartment entrances are strictly no smoking. Smoking in your apartment will result in a £100 recovery charge in order for us to restore your apartment back to a smoke-free condition. Smoking shelters are available at the front of the Club and opposite the Farm House decking area. Anyone found to have used illegal substances will be reported to the police.

Residents will be charged £100 for soiling an apartment. Any damage will result in a charge to put the room back to its original condition.

These will result in a £40.00 replacement fee.

Please note that all pets, with the exception of service dogs are prohibited apart from in designated dog friendly apartments (subject to availability).

Our lounge TV’s feature casting technology. Follow the on screen instructions to cast your content.

All sofa bed linen can be found in the cupboard. Pull bed from the top of the back rest to open. Please contact the front of house team if further assistance is required.
