Beauty Therapist
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Beauty Therapist/s to join our team in the Barn Spa .
The candidate:
As a Beauty Therapist/ Beautician you are required to have a NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
A minimum of 1 years’ experience is desirable.
Qualifications in Hot Stones and Indian Head Massage is preferred.
The Role:
Provide a range of treatments to our members or guests ensuring they are met in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
Carry out treatments with care and thoughtfulness and to high standards.
Keep our treatment rooms exceptionally clean and welcoming to guests.
To carefully manage stock usage and minimise wastage.
Full time and Part time hours available working both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility is required to meet business needs. There will be occasional extra shifts to cover for holiday and sickness. Reception desk cover may also be required.

Male Cleaner
The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, male changing rooms and toilets as a result a male cleaner is required.
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work are 21 over a 2-week period based on the following rota:
Week 1: Wednesday and Sunday 5pm to 8.30pm
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday 5pm to 8.30pm.
Extra hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness.
Male Cleaner (Casual)
We are looking for a Casual Male Cleaner to cover as and when required for holiday and sickness.
The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, male changing rooms and toilets as a result a male cleaner is required
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours of the shifts are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm & 5pm to 8.30pm and Saturday & Sunday and term time 9.30am to 3pm and 5pm to 8.30pm

Junior Sous Chef
The role will involve supervising food preparation and food service in a busy kitchen, food ordering and overseeing functions and assisting the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef on a day to day basis whilst leading their own section ensuring food preparation and service meets our quality standards.
As the Junior Sous Chef you will deputise for the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef and will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in their absence.
Hours are full time which will include daytimes, evenings and weekends. No Split shifts

Part time Kitchen Porter
Duties to include: washing dishes, operating the dishwasher, loading and unloading, mopping floors, cleaning and emptying bins, ensuring a clean and tidy working area and undertaking any tasks as requested by the Executive Head Chef.
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours are a minimum of 24 hours a week these will include daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Food & Beverage Supervisor
As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our outlets operate smoothly and guests receive outstanding service. You will supervise staff and day to day operations and ensure compliance with all safety and licensing laws. The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry, has excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day -to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Train, and mentor staff; schedule shifts and maintain excellent timekeeping.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as alcohol licensing laws.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining high -quality standards.
Manage stock levels and raise order requests, ensuring no overstock or stockouts occur.
Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry and suggest menu changes accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a restaurant or bar Supervisor or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Familiarity with POS systems and computer literacy.
Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service are preferred.

Bar and Waiting Staff

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu and any specials.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Deliver food orders promptly and ensure correct placement at each table, paying attention to dietary requirements and special requests.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the bars, Brasserie, including but not limited to, tables, counters, and service stations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and alcohol licensing laws, always.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
Assist with additional duties as required, including stock replenishment, cash handling, and event setup.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at the China Fleet Country Club. As a Commis Chef you will be involved with food preparation and food service in a busy Brasserie. You will also be required to keep the kitchen area clean and tidy.
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours are a minimum of 40 per week these will include daytimes, evenings, and weekends these are straight shifts, breaks are paid, and we are closed on Christmas Day.
Demi Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
Manage stock levels and orders in collaboration with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.

We are looking for a Casual Leisure Assistant to cover as and when required for holiday, sickness, and peak times.
Duties to include:
· Lifeguarding
· Setting up equipment on poolside and dry side
· Providing support to the gym instructors
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential
First Aid certificate would be preferred
Shifts vary between the hours of 6.15am to 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday
A DBS will be required at the China Fleet’s expense
