Casual Female Cleaner
We are looking for a Casual Female Cleaner to join our team of cleaners at The China Fleet Country Club.
The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, female changing rooms, and toilets as a result a female cleaner is required. Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours of work are Monday to Sunday 8.30am-12pm, 1pm-4.30pm and 5pm-8.30pm

Casual Male Cleaner
We are looking for a Casual Male Cleaner to cover as and when required for holiday and sickness.
The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, male changing rooms, and toilets as a result a male cleaner is required.
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours of the shifts are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm & 5pm to 8.30pm and Saturday & Sunday and term time 9.30am to 3pm and 5pm to 8.30pm

Casual Night Cleaner
We are looking for a Casual Night Cleaner to cover as and when required for holidays and sickness.
The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, toilets, mopping, hoovering, cleaning windows and glass, deep clean of the aqua spa & changing rooms, including scrubbing of the floors, drains and glass.
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours of work are Monday to Saturday 10pm to 1.30am and on Sundays 9.30pm to 1am.
Under the working time directive, applicants must be 18+ due to the night time working hours.

Greenkeeper
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Greenkeeper to join our Greenkeeping Team at the China Fleet Country Club.
The key responsibilities:
· Maintain all aspects of the golf course and estate including the driving range, and around the complex.
· Maintain the golf course machinery as and when required.
· Have knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within the green keeping department and work within these guidelines.
· Ensure that exceptional customer service skills and golf course etiquette are always practised when in contact with or around members/guests.
Essential Skills & Experience:
NVQ Level 2 in Greenkeeping
- Minimum 3 years of Greenkeeping experience
- A team spirited personality, conscientious manner, pride in their job
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- An NVQ level 3 in Greenkeeping
- Health & Safety certification/training/experience
- Mechanical engineering experience/training
- PA1, PA2 & PA6 spraying certificates
- Chainsaw certificates
- Computer literacy skills would be an advantage
Hours are full time 40 per week, Monday to Friday, between 05:00am-15:00pm, overtime at weekends will also be required.

Marketing Assistant
Marketing Assistant
China Fleet Country Club is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is happy to work independently, with a passion for marketing and an interest in working within the leisure and hospitality sector. You will assist in delivering impactful marketing campaigns, enhancing the Club’s online presence, and supporting the promotion of events and services to both existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist with the creation of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and the Club’s website. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Social Media Management: Help manage the Club’s social media accounts by scheduling daily posts, responding to customer enquiries, and engaging with followers. Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services, events, memberships, and seasonal offers. Assist with market research to identify target audiences and key marketing messages.
Email Marketing: Create and distribute email newsletters and promotional materials. Ensure content is tailored to specific customer segments and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Event Support: Provide marketing support for Club events and promotions, including creating promotional materials, coordinating event communications, and assisting with post-event follow-up.
Website Maintenance: Help update and maintain the website’s content, ensuring information is current and relevant. Support the external suppliers in optimizing the site for SEO.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing manager, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and tracking the performance of marketing activities.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Assist in managing relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and partners for joint marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience or relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail is essential.
- Experience in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A keen interest in the leisure and hospitality is beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
The hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am -5pm with occasional weekends, Flexibility on hours required at times. Full time – Permanent

Spa Therapist ( Part Time)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join our team in the Barn Spa
As a Spa Therapist you are required to have a NVQ Level 3 in Body and Spa Therapy or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience is desirable.
Qualifications in Hot Stones and Indian Head Massage is preferred.
The Role:
· Provide a range of treatments to our members or guests ensuring they are met in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
· Carry out treatments with care and thoughtfulness and to high standards.
· Keep our treatment rooms exceptionally clean and welcoming to guests.
· To carefully manage stock usage and minimise wastage.
Hours are 16-24 per week working both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility is required to meet business needs. There will be occasional extra shifts to cover for holiday and sickness. Reception desk cover may also be required.
