Part Time Night Cleaner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Night Cleaner to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club. The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, toilets, mopping, hoovering, cleaning windows and glass, deep clean of the aqua spa & changing rooms, including scrubbing of the floors, drains and glass.
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours are 21 split over 2 weeks based on a 2-week rolling rota as follows.
Week 1 – Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday 10pm to 1.30am
Extra hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness.

Female Cleaner
Role Overview: The role requires the cleaning of the club complex, female changing rooms and toilets as a result a female cleaner is required.
Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work are 17.5 over a 2-week period based on the following rota:
Week 1: Friday 1pm to 4.30pm
Week 2: Monday and Thursday 1pm to 4.30pm

Senior Chef de Partie
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our senior kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques, a passion for food, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise specific sections of the kitchen ensuring high-quality output.
- Assist in the development and planning of menus, including seasonal changes and special events.
- Maintain health and safety standards in all food handling and kitchen maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational kitchen environment.
- Manage stock, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the senior kitchen team in various kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and kitchen management.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with excellence and served in a timely manner.
- Stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Adept at menu planning and development.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with work hours, including availability on weekends and evenings.
- A passion for culinary arts and a continuous desire to learn and grow professionally.
Hours are 40 per week, straight shifts 5 days out of 7 on a rota Monday to Sunday.

Summer Part Time Golf Shop Assistant
This is a fixed term contract running from the end of July to – 5th October 2025. The role offers a minimum of 6 hours per week every Saturday, with additional hours available throughout the fixed term for holiday cover. Shifts will fall between the hours of 6:30am to 9:00pm.
Duties will include
- Selling Golf Merchandise and Driving Range Balls
- Check golfers in for tee times, making them aware of the local rules and dress code
- Operate the Club’s computerised booking system and till
- Take golf bookings by telephone
- Cash up tills at the end of a shift
- Monitor the 1st Tee and marshal the Golf Course
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the game of golf and the golf rules, be computer literate, and have excellent customer service skills and previous retail experience, preferably in the golf industry.

Swimming Teacher
A Swim England Swimming Teacher is required to cover courses that are run during term time (3 courses per year) starting in September.
The hours are as follows:
Saturday- 8.30am to 11.40am which includes pre-school swimming lessons.
Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Full Teacher Qualification.
An enhanced DBS will be required at the employer’s expense.

Swimming Teacher (Casual)
A Swim England Swimming Teacher is required to cover holiday and sickness cover on Wednesday after school and Saturday mornings during term time. The role involves teaching stages 1-10 and Pre-school swimming lessons.
Must have the Swim England Qualification
An enhanced DBS will be required at the employer’s expense.
