What is Toptracer?

Toptracer provides the most advanced ball-tracking technology in golf. It uses the same technology that tracks and displays ball flight in real-time during the television broadcasts of tournaments on the PGA and LPGA Tours. It tracks ball speed, accuracy and distance of every shot, allowing there to be modes and games to suit all ages and skill level. With 9 game play modes to choose from players can pick whether to play for fun or for practice.

How does the technology work?

Toptracer shows the flight path of golf balls with valuable shot data in real-time tracking. Each golf ball hit on the range is tracked by custom-built sensors that provide real-time shot analytics, like ball speed, apex, curve, carry and more.

Do you have to pay for the Toptracer app?

The Toptracer app is free. It will link your personal profile to your entire shot history, including specific club performance details as well as how you rank against other players on leaderboards.

What about if I have never played golf before?

Toptracer Range is suited to all levels! Whether you are a first-time golfer and never picked up a club before or are an avid golfer there are games and modes to suit everyone.

Can I learn to play golf using Toptracer?

Toptracer is great to track all your shot data and dive into the analytical of your swing, you can use the technology to monitor your progress and highlight areas of improvement! China fleet has a team of PGA professional coaches using Toptracer technology to optimise your lesson experience. Please see the Golf Academy board and contact one of the team.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

No, we have a variety of clubs available to hire at £1 per iron and £2 per wood.  Junior clubs are free.

Do I need to book?

There is no need to book, simply turn up, purchase a basket of balls and head to a bay.

How many players can play in each bay?

Each bay can host up to 4 players.  The VIP Bay is recommended for 4-8 people.

Are there time restrictions?

Once you have a bay there are no time restrictions.  Hit your basket of balls at your own leisure and enjoy.

What is the VIP Bay?

The ultimate way to enjoy the Toptracer experience is with friends, family, or colleagues in the privacy of our private bay.  Our VIP Bay has been designed for groups of 4 or more and includes unlimited range balls, a Toptracer control screen, seating area and two large TV screens, showing sporting events and matches.  This facility must be pre-booked.

Can I get food and drink while on the Toptracer Range?

Yes, simply scan the available QR code, make your selection and which bay you are in, and a member of the China Fleet team will deliver it straight to your bay.
