Booking & Planning Your Stay
Why should I book direct?
When you book directly with us, you’ll always get the best available rate we will match or beat any third-party price.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00pm.
An early check-in may be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00am.
We offer a late check-out option for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Is there on-site parking?
Yes. A drop-off area is available on arrival.
- Acer and Acorn Cottages have dedicated parking
- A large complimentary car park is located a short walk from the apartments

What is included in my apartment?
Each apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and includes:
- Tea, coffee, and milk

Are there TVs in the apartments?
Yes. The lounge features a 55-inch TV with:
- Terrestrial channels
- Ability to log into your streaming services

- Each bedroom has a large TV to enjoy terrestrial channels at your comfort
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartments and public areas.
Will the sofa bed be made up?
Sofa beds are not made up as standard to allow you to enjoy full use of the lounge area.
However, this can be arranged on request with prior notice.
Do you provide travel cots?
Yes, travel cots are available. Please request one in advance of your arrival.
Are robes and slippers included?
Robes and slippers are included on selected spa break packages only.
Please enquire with the team for current offers and promotions.
Housekeeping & Services
When will my apartment be serviced?
Apartments are serviced daily if the service sign is displayed on your door. This includes:
- Bed making
- Emptying bins
- General tidying
Bed linen is changed every third day. If the sign is not displayed, servicing will not take place.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes. Laundry is handled via an external service.
Please submit items by 10:00am for collection. Pricing details are available in your apartment.
Food & Drink
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00am to 10:00am.
Do you offer room service?
Yes.
- Room Service: 7:00am – 9:00pm
- Night Bites menu: Available outside these hours

Is access to the health club included?
Yes, your stay includes access to:

Yes, towels are available and can be collected from reception.
What is the minimum age for the Aqua Spa and the Gym?
The Aqua Spa is available to guests aged 16 years and over and the gym for 14 years and over
Are fitness classes included?
Fitness classes are not included and are available at a small additional charge, subject to availability.
Is there a discount on spa treatments?
Yes. You will receive a unique discount code in your booking confirmation email, which can be used on selected spa treatments.
Pets
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Dogs are welcome in our Acer and Acorn Cottages.
Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a pet.
