I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser. I am also currently studying for my Level 4 Exercise Referral for Health Management and Lower Back Pain Specialist qualifications as well as Nutrition for Sport and Exercise and Pre-and Postnatal Nutrition and Exercise. I also teach Pole Gymnastics, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Hoop and hope to bring these unique classes to the China Fleet Club soon. My approach to training with clients focuses on an all-round healthy lifestyle, no diets no fads just healthy living design to fit in with your schedule.
