Kitchen Porter (Full time)

Duties to include: washing dishes, operating the dishwasher, loading and unloading, mopping floors, cleaning and emptying bins, ensuring a clean and tidy working area and undertaking any tasks as requested by the Executive Head Chef.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours are a minimum of 40 hours per week these will include daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Commis Chef (Full time)

 

As a Commis Chef you will be involved with food preparation and food service in a busy Brasserie. You will also be required to keep the kitchen area clean and tidy.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Full time hours are a minimum of 40 hours a week these will include daytimes, evenings and weekends these are straight shifts, breaks are paid and we are closed on Christmas Day.

Bar/Waiting Staff (Part time and Full time)

You will be required to work in all aspects of a busy brasserie, Lounge bar, functions and events.

Duties to Include:

· Serving hot/cold food

· Serving hot/cold drinks

· Setting up and clearing down events

· Cash Handling

Part time hours are up to 24 per week and full time are 40 hours per week, these will be predominately evenings and weekends

You will need to be:

· Flexible to work hours in line with business needs

· Be a team player and enjoy the buzz of being busy

· Be smart and well presented

Must be 18 and over due to serving alcohol unsupervised

Previous bar and/or food service experience is desirable

A Food Hygiene Certificate, Personal Licence and a First Aid at Work Certificate would be an advantage.
