Party Season Survival Plan!
From scheduling workouts in your diary to staying hydrated, we’ve got our best top tips for keeping fit and healthy over the festive season.
- Make an exercise schedule
Just like you use your diary to schedule your social events over the next few weeks, use it to schedule your workouts as well. Staying active will keep the strength of your immune system up and energise you at a time when you need it most.
- Look after your party feet
We often forget our feet – until we spend an evening on them! Treat yourself to a pedicure, or reflexology, great to get your feet ready for dancing.
- Hydrate
Hydration is key to surviving the Christmas party season. If you are drinking alcohol you need to step up your hydration. Water is the easiest way to rehydrate but there are also other tastier ways if you want to keep things interesting, enjoy a drink from our alcohol-free range.
- Make time for beauty sleep
A good night’s sleep is great for all-round health so try to make sure you relax over Christmas and still get a good 8 hours sleep each night. Sleep is also essential for healthy, glowing skin.
We hope these tips will help you not only survive the frantic party season, but thrive too!
See you next week & hope to see you at the Club over the festive period
