I own Mitchel Hosking's Fitness, I have previous experience within the health and fitness industry, involving training and dieting myself as well as other clientele, whilst working as a gym instructor and personal trainer. I will utilise my knowledge and experience with training to ensure you achieve your goals,with the best possible results. Whether your goals be fat loss, strength gain or to help you get stronger after injury, I aim to offer exceptional service with exceptional results.
My sessions will not include cardiovascular equipment as that's what you pay a membership for, but I will use a different approach and range of exercises to make sure you attain those goals you want to achieve.
