I will create a blend of oils to meet your physical and mental needs and deliver a luxurious Massage to soothe your muscles, and re-balance your body and mind.
A Chakra is a key point on the body through which energy flows, a vital site where the subtle body and the material body influence one another. While there are many minor chakras in the body, the most serious and important chakras lie along the spine, from the root of the spine to the top of the head. This corresponds roughly to the central nervous system, the most important energy transfer system in the physical body.
Crystal healing therapy involves placing gemstones on the body to draw out negative energy. Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease.
Crystals are placed on key areas of your body prescriptive to your needs to rebalance your natural energy.
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
Hot stone massage is a speciality massage where smooth, heated stones are used by the therapist by placing them or rubbing them on the body. The heat from the stones leads to deep relaxation and to warming up of the tight muscles enabling the therapist to work more deeply and more quickly.
Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.
Reflexology is a science that works around the principle that there are reflex areas in our hands and feet that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes can prevent and relieve health issues and work toward your overall body maintenance as well as combat stress.
It is a relaxing and preventative treatment which will make you feel physically and emotionally re-balanced.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
