Course Outline

7 days face-to-face tuition
1 day practical assessment
E-learning study/assessment

All learners will be provided with learning manuals and learning materials. E-learning home study is supported by our Google drive account and Facebook page where we will provide you with ongoing support throughout the Anatomy and Physiology and Healthy Eating modules. You will also get access to the eLearning portal when you commence the course. Some modules will be set and conducted as independent study between weekends. Learners are required to have access to a laptop/tablet to complete the online assessment.

Level 3 Personal Training Diploma

For anyone that wants to start a career as a personal trainer that already has Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym-based) qualification.

At ARU Fitness Academy our Personal Training Diploma is delivered with face-to-face training to give you the practical experience of communicating, assessing and motivating your clients. We believe that training you in a gym and studio environment, with tutors and peers, gives you the right skills and experience to start your PT career.

You’ll leave this course having received the guidance and support to train clients and create advanced fitness plans over a number of practical sessions.
