Nothing says Great Britain like a cup of tea and a slice of cake. So, it makes sense that the afternoon tea has become one of the nation’s favourite culinary traditions. As well as being steeped in history, the afternoon tea has evolved over the years.  From the humble beginnings of a little sandwich and a pot of tea, it now comes in all shapes and sizes.
