There are many benefits to renewing your program, or even getting one for the first time. Your programs need to be adapted from time to time, so that your body is continually working hard and not getting used to the same routine, this is when your body can sometime plateau and people will give up as they are not seeing ongoing benefits. Remember to review your programs every 6 weeks to keep your body awake and on its toes.
