Meanwhile, our grounds and outdoor spaces truly are the icing on the cake, lending themselves perfectly to so many types of event – team building, fun days, fairs, rallies, sporting events, barbecues, and so much more

What's more, our rooms all have complimentary Wi-Fi and are fully air conditioned to make sure you and your guests are comfortable throughout your visit.

 
Kingsmill Suite

With its own bar area, dance floor and main central room, the Kingsmill Suite offers a versatile and intimate space. Set in the original Farm House building with traditional features and modern facilities, this room is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations and buffets for up to 80 people or private dining and meetings for up to 30. This room is self contained with dedicated washroom facilities.

 
Pacific Suite

A large and modern space with dual projection, built-in sound, flexible lighting and vehicle access, this room is multi-functional and can be divided into two for breakouts and syndicates. Able to accommodate up to 300 people, the Pacific Suite is an incredibly versatile space which again has its own bar, portable dance floor and personal facilities.

 
Coral Suite

This smaller room has its own bar, facilities and the same modern facilities as the Pacific Suite and is perfect for informal gatherings and private dining for up to 40 people.

 
Atlantic Suite

High ceilings and large glass doors flood light into this stunning space, which is perfect for exhibitions, dinners and large gatherings. In-built projection, feature bar and direct external access make this room an inspirational venue for your event. Banquets for up to 200 are a regular occurrence but our Atlantic Suite really can be all things to all people – a real gem of China Fleet.

 
Our grounds

Blessed with surroundings of 180 acres of land, lakes and rivers, you are really spoilt for choice if you're looking for an outdoor space to complement or fully facilitate your event. Areas include our purpose-built grass pitch area, with direct vehicle access and private parking, quiet zones for personal or group use, gardens, lawns and picnic areas. We can even supply you with your own buggies to transport you around!

Marquees, gazebos and all outdoor structures are welcome, and we will happily organise everything for you, from flooring to fireworks.
