My wife and I stayed here for a wonderful week in July 2011. Large self catering well equipped apartment (sleeps 6) overlooking the golf course and the sea.
Indoor swimming pool & fitness suite were excellent but best of all was the hotel restaurant that served 3 course meals for £12 per head.
Area good for walks, beach, windsurfing school nearby and right on bus route if you don't hire a car.
Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful location which was made even better when you overheard what other timeshare owners were paying for the privilege.
It is the only "Timeshare" on Guernsey and the hotel attracts many repeat visitors (which tells it's own story)
Would strongly recommend this break to couples and families alike and at £585 for 6 people for a week, you really are getting a lot for your money.
Top tip – Rather than flying and hiring a car, next time! I would go by ferry and take my own car.

This Hotel ticks all the boxes – Hugely impressive building, (Charles Darwin stayed here) right on sea front (but not in the main town) set in it's own gardens/grounds with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Your huge Timeshare apartment is on the top floor with unequalled sea views right from your living room.
The amount of top of the range Mercedes, Jaguars and BMWs parked in front of apartments tells its own story and this hotel screams exclusivity whilst providing a real family and holiday ambience that is relaxed and informal. The local bus tours drive past infrequently and if you listen carefully you can hear the accompanying commentary extolling the virtues of your hotel as you lay by the pool!
You are a about a 15 min walk from town centre all it's amenities with a wide range of restaurants/bars. We were there for the Torquay regatta and fireworks (27 Aug 11) which made the week extra special. Lovely beach café (used by locals) that is just across the road and great for a late breakfast if you have over-indulged in the hotel bar the night before.
Thank you China Fleet for a great value break that made me feel very special.
