ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The China Fleet Country Club is situated in 180 acres of land and prides itself on its natural beauty, idyllic setting and great wildlife.
Cornwall and the surrounding countryside offers many areas of outstanding natural beauty from idyllic beaches to rugged moorlands of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor.
We know our visitors and members enjoy and value our surrounding and that is why we take many steps to ensure its protection.
The Club is diverse in the facilities and products it has to offer and is committed to reducing the impact we have on our environment, we do this by;
Having our own water supply and treatment plant. This makes us self sufficient and able to supply our guests with quality water with little environmental impact.
We use low energy light bulbs and monitor our electricity and energy leve
ls continuously.
We recycle our plastics, cardboard, tins, aluminium, bottles and newspapers
We buy the majority of our food and drink from local suppliers and serve it in all of our bars and restaurants.
